Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A $40 flat rate return shipping fee will be assigned to all returns. This fee is intended to support the shipping to and from your location. Once a return has been processed, actual costs associated with the return, up to $40 will be adjusted. In the event that the total cost of the return is less than $40, we will refund the difference to you. Anticipated costs of the return will be communicated at the time of return approval.
If your return is accepted, and you pay the return fee, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are a customer focused organization that cares about your satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, perishables, undergarments, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.
Due to the nature of their construction and use, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on optics, eye protection, sunglasses, hearing protection, sale items, clearance selections or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Tactical Gloves
At The 870 Tactical Supply Company, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. Our return policy for tactical gloves is limited to manufacturer defects only. Please review the following terms:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., faulty stitching, defective closures, or material failure not caused by use) will be replaced.
- Defects present at the time of purchase or occurring during normal initial use, subject to review
- Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or improper care
- Sizing issues once the product has been used
- Damage resulting from operational or field use
We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any return based on the nature of the issue and product condition.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
