Military personnel, law enforcement, and other first responders tend to only utilize ultra-rugged and highly-utilitarian pieces of gear, with these individuals having to trust theirs' and others’ lives with the kit they carry. As a result, the equipment used by soldiers and first responders typically does a stellar job of lending itself to everyday carry applications. Case in point; Tekto Gear’s all-new LEO and first-responder-focused F1 Alpha.

Spanning 7.78″ overall, the F1 Alpha is constructed around a G-10 or carbon fiber handle set that’s been outfitted with an anodized backspacer, an ambidextrous pocket clip, a lanyard hole, and a glass breaker. The 4.50” handle also features a liner lock with strategically-placed jimping that makes it incredibly easy to disengage the mechanism — even when wearing gloves. Rounding out the handle is a custom-anodized backspacer and matching accent hardware.
