The Search and Rescue Dive Series
Marathon Search and Rescue (SAR) watches are developed to Canadian Government requirements for use in professional SAR operations. First introduced in the early 1990s, the SAR Series continues to be an essential kit element for elite members of both the Canadian and U.S. militaries.
Submersible up to 30ATM and available in 46mm, 41mm, and 36mm iterations, these tool watches are fitted with knurled, screw-down crowns; iconic unidirectional, fully hashed bezels with 60-minute scales; highly legible dials outfitted with tritium tubes and MaraGlo luminescent material; and solid 316L stainless steel cases to provide ultimate endurance above or below sea-level.
PURPOSE-BUILT FOR ANY TERRAIN
Powered by a high-torque ETA FØ7 movement with three jewels, this watch boasts impressive precision and reliability. Its two scales range from 1-12 (13-24), and its calendar type is a simple date display.
The JSAR features luminous MaraGlo technology, which ensures that the watch is easy to read in low light conditions. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and screw-in crown make it even more durable and long-lasting. The 316L stainless steel case has a brushed finish and a unidirectional bezel with a 60-minute scale, making it easy to measure elapsed time or monitor progress. With submergibility of up to 30 ATM, this watch is perfect for water-based activities.
The Jumbo Diver's Quartz has a case diameter of 46mm and a thickness of 18mm, making it a rugged and reliable watch that can handle any challenge.
Included with the JSAR is our 3-Piece Rubber Strap Kit, also manufactured in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, our strap kit is crafted from FKM Rubber to meet the requirements of high-performance military applications. The 3-Piece Kit comes with one (6 o'clock) tail piece with 8 adjustment holes, and two (12 o'clock) buckle pieces of different sizing that allow the wearer to tailor the length to fit their wrist size.
